Each table will have table cloth, skirting, and two chairs. A backdrop will be set up to separate rows.
Set up will begin at 7:30am the show will open to the public at 10:00am
Participants are asked to use the entrance on Waldo Street for loading and unloading.
All participants are required to participate both days and stay until the show closes at 5:00pm on Saturday the 25th & 3:00pm on Sunday the 26th.
All participating organizations are required to have discount coupons and/or raffle giveaways to their location on hand for attendees.
I, the undersigned, acting as an authorized representative for the Company listed above, do hereby attest that I have read the terms and
conditions of this Exhibitor Contract and do hereby agree to the terms and conditions contained herein. The undersigned
guarantees and agrees to be personally liable for all indebtedness incurred by the exhibitor, pursuant to this exhibitor agreement, including collections costs and attorneys fees.

Prior to the show date you will need to provide us with a Certificate of Insurance.
Our insurance company is requiring that we have copies of certificates of insurance from all Expo exhibitors. The certificates should name Rediscover New England as an additional insured with limits equal to 500K per occurrence and 1 million per aggregate.
